
Olugbuyiro Akinola
Olugbuyiro is a distinguished legal practitioner with over two decades of expertise in civil, commercial, constitutional, and tax law. Olugbuyiro has a B.Sc in Economics from the Ondo State University and his LLB from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. He is member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and is affiliated with the London Court of International Arbitration and the International Law Associate of American Bar Association.

Olugbuyiro is a chartered Tax Attorney and is the editor-in-chief of the Federal Tax Law Report on the authority of the Supreme Court In Nigeria. He currently serves as an Honourable Commissioner, Tax Appeal Tribunal of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Roland has his LLB from Guildhall University (Metropolitan University) London and his Bachelor of Law from the Abuja Law School in Nigeria.
He served as the Chief Magistrate in the Judiciary of Ondo State, Nigeria and has worked at ACE Solicitors, Stratford, London and the London Borough of Southwark in the housing department.

Agnes Akinola
Agnes serves as the Practice Manager at Stonewaters. In this role, she oversees daily operations, drives productivity, and manages human resources, leveraging her administrative expertise to ensure seamless workflow and team efficiency.

Her academic foundation includes a B.Sc in Human Anatomy from the University of Calabar, followed by postgraduate studies in Histology and Embryology (Istanbul University, Turkey) and Clinical Embryology (University of Oxford, UK). Prior to Stonewaters, she honed her technical and administrative skills at Bridge Clinic, managing IVF laboratory operations and gaining hands-on experience in the laboratory.

Tobi Lawal
Tobi is a dynamic legal professional with a robust practice in dispute resolution, litigation, arbitration, insolvency and strategic legal advisory services. He is committed to delivering pragmatic and result-driven solutions tailored to client’s needs.

Tobi finished his LLB from the Lagos State University (LASU), Lagos State, Nigeria. and attended the Enugu Law School.

He has worked both in the legal public and private space.. As a public servant, he worked in the Lagos State Judiciary as a judicial assistant and in the Lagos State Ministry of Justice as a Counsel. He worked at a couple of private law firms before joining the Stonewaters team.

His career began at the Uyo Capital City Development Authority’s Ministry of Lands, where he honed his expertise in land administration. He later transitioned to Golden Vision Aluminium as Manager, followed by a tenure as a contractor and project supervisor with the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC). These roles equipped him with skills in project oversight, market analysis, and land surveying.
